Thank you for shopping with VITURE Thailand (“VITURE Thailand”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered within Thailand.


1. Order Processing

All products currently sold through our website are Ready to Ship unless otherwise stated.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, promotional campaign periods, or courier delays.


2. Shipping Coverage

At this time, VITURE Thailand only ships within Thailand.

We currently do not support international shipping through our website.

Orders with shipping addresses outside Thailand may be canceled automatically and refunded.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, estimated delivery time is generally 1–3 business days, depending on:

  • Destination area within Thailand
  • Courier operations and delivery schedules
  • Public holidays and peak shopping periods
  • External factors such as weather conditions or transportation disruptions

Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Fees and Taxes

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

All prices shown on our website include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

As all shipments are domestic within Thailand, there are no import duties or customs fees.


5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take approximately 24–48 hours to appear after shipment, depending on the courier.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

While we will assist in the investigation process, delivery timelines remain subject to courier operations and external circumstances beyond our control.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, recipient name, and contact information are accurate and complete before placing your order.

VITURE Thailand is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment must be resent.


8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to:

  • Lithium battery transportation regulations
  • Courier limitations
  • Regional delivery conditions
  • Safety or legal compliance requirements

We reserve the right to limit, delay, or refuse shipment where necessary for safety, regulatory compliance, or operational reasons.


9. Delivery Acceptance

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are encouraged to inspect packages upon receipt and report any visible shipping damage within 7 days of delivery.


10. Pre-Orders

Products offered on a pre-order basis will display estimated shipping timelines on the relevant product page.

Estimated shipment dates are provided for reference only and may change due to manufacturing schedules, logistics conditions, customs procedures, or supplier delays.

Customers will be notified when pre-order products are ready for shipment.


11. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational changes, logistics partnerships, shipping methods, or legal requirements.
